About a month ago I found a blanket I started crocheting for my first grand daughter, who by the way is now 8, I've picked it up a few times but would get frustrated because it wasn't even on the ends, I didn't know what I was doing wrong let alone how fix it lol. I was taught a few basic stitches by a friend but couldn't and  go to her with every mistake so I just gave up. I was online and saw a tutorial on crochet I wasn't sure Id be able to follow it but I pulled out that old yarn and thought why not, Ill give it a try. 

Wow, this lady named Claire on bobwilson123 is amazing I have followed several of her tutorial videos on youtube she is amazing. To date I have made 10 hats including an angrybird beanie I've learned to make flowers put them on headbands, bows all kinds of pretty's. My daughter Maria was very impressed with how well I was doing she bought me some patterns, I am currently working on a hello kitty hat. I am very excited that at 48 I found something I love to do a new hobby.
